The customer can
choose to have their grout re-coloured and sealed,
which if you were unhappy with original grout colour
choice gives you the opportunity to change it
without going through the arduous job of trying to
remove the old grout. It also 100% seals the grout
lines. With our grout re-colouring system the
customer can choose from numerous colours. Please

We have developed a
cleaning process for tiled floors that gives the
homeowner and building owners the insurance that
their floors will be cleaned professionally. Our
floor cleaning process is extraordinary. We use a
pressure washing system designed specifically for
tile & grout and natural stone. Our system uses
specialised cleaning solutions and hot water
pressure to soften and extract years of soil and
contaminants. The floor tool connects to a powerful
vacuum hose, which sucks the cleaning disk to the
floor, and confines the water spray inside the
16-inch disk at 1000 psi. There is virtually no
splash over to worry about, our suction hoses draw
the water back to our trucks water storage
containers along with the dirt and contaminates. |

p r o c e s s f o r C l e a n i n g

Identify the type
of tile or stone you have.
- Test for any
sealers/coatings that may have been previously
applied to grout or tile.
- Test to see if
your grout is sanded, un-sanded or epoxy.
- Carefully move
your furniture where possible, some furnishings
may not be moved.
- Apply a
specialised cleaning solution let it sit for
10-15 minutes then we agitate.
- Rinse and
pressure clean using the Turbo high pressure hot
water self contained cleaning and extraction
tool back to our truck mount machine outside No
splash, No mess, No standing in water.
- We than dry
your floors with air movers and towels so your
floor is ready to use.

Please note – if your grout and tiles have
previously been sealed we cannot colour seal them,
we have a simple test that will tell us this
straight away. |
